THE REALITY OF IT
Since great software and Internet programs can appear to deliver fiduciary advice, interpretation and communication, it could actually seem to function at a higher level of fiduciary service than most agents currently do. And there is a new, younger e-consumer who just might say, "Since I don't know what I'm missing, this feels fine to me. I'll let the Internet be my fiduciary."

LOOK AT THE AGENT'S TRADITIONAL POSITION


Today the agent is the fiduciary and holds that position. However, there are a lot of Internet and Real Estate companies that "want to get the business and the position back" from the Real Estate agent. They believe the agent is overpaid and that since the agent population is not organized that they can be divided and conquered.
